BAMBOOS FIT is a new initiative from 7Bamboos Rugby, aimed at helping you to condition yourself and reach your fitness goals through fun and challenging sessions. The short and sharp sessions last 45 minutes and cater to all fitness and skill levels. Each session is scaled according to ability levels to ensure everyone can give their best and see results.
Our aim is to condition and develop individuals through fun and challenging workouts. The primary focus of sessions will be to improve fitness, work capacity, and resilience.

WHERE DO WE MEET?
The Boot Camps take place next to the Water Tower at the Bristol Downs (map). If you come to the little coffee place next to the Water Tower you’ll see the instructor who will be there from 6.30PM onwards.
WHEN DO YOU WE MEET AND HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
The sessions start at 7 PM and last 45 minutes. Please make sure you are charged and ready to go at 7 PM.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Weather-appropriate sportswear is ideal such as runners, shorts, and t-shirt. Make sure it’s comfortable.
WHO IS RUNNING THE SESSIONS?
All our instructors are very experienced, qualified coaches. They are great motivators and will challenge you in an enjoyable and inspirational environment.
WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND A SESSION WHICH I PAID FOR?
If you bought a ticket, but can’t attend you can either get a refund at any time before the session or use the ticket for another session.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
Yes. If you are planning to attend with a group (5 or more) speak to us and we sort you out with a nice discount.
