7 Bamboos’ flagship tournament, the Hartpury Sevens, which is organised in partnership with the Hartpury Sports Academy, has been selected once again as a local qualifier for the Secure Trading Sevens Series.
The series is a RFU-managed event, which runs for the third year in 2019 and has grown hugely in its popularity with more and more teams participating each season. 100s of women’s and men’s amateur sevens teams are invited to compete at the local qualifiers which run between April and June across the whole country.
At each of the local qualifier tournaments, teams can secure valuable points in the lead-up to the big National Final of this year’s Secure Trading Sevens Series at the famous Rec in Bath, end of June. Last year, the Bamboos' Women's team made it to the semi-finals at this competition.
The sixth edition of the annual Hartpury Sevens tournament offers teams a golden opportunity to compete at one of the most stunning rugby set-ups’ in the UK, with attractive great cash and equipment prizes up for grabs for a small entry fee below £100.
