Where Can I See It?
One To Watch | Joan Losada
Spain’s performance is constantly improving and since they became a core team a couple of years ago, they made solid progress, resulting in a first-ever victory over New Zealand at the latest round in Vancouver. The “Los Leones” have accumulated decent 42 points this season and could finish the year with a top 10 position. Speedster Joan Losada, is one of the pillars for Spain’s success this year.
Who’s the favourite?
With just four tournaments to go, the series turns into a three-legged race between USA (113pts), New Zealand (106) and Fiji (101). Whereas New Zealand and Fiji both won two tournaments each so far, the Eagles only won their home soil tournament last month in Las Vegas but managed to claim the top spot through a magnificent run of four Cup finals.
